The estimated delivery time for our shipments is typically two to three weeks, depending on your location.
To make our services even more convenient, we provide free shipping for orders over £50 (inclusive of VAT) within the UK and Europe. For orders under £50 or outside of the UK and Europe, a nominal shipping fee of £5.75 is applicable. It's important to note that certain international destinations may have specific product restrictions. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following locations: Guernsey, Outer Hebrides, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kirkwall, Shetland Islands, and Scottish Highlands. Additionally, please be aware that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

You can return any unused and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery.
Customised or personalised items are not eligible for returns.
We will cover the cost of return shipping for wrong or defective products. Contact customer support within three business days of delivery and provide details and photos of the issue.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
If you change your mind about a purchase, request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund policy criteria.
